At Lavish Naphs, we operate with intention — not excess.

Each piece is produced once it is claimed to ensure quality, controlled production, and responsible manufacturing.

📍 Address Accuracy

To ensure smooth delivery, please double-check that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, including:

• Correct street numbers

• Apartment or suite numbers

• Proper abbreviations

• Route details (if applicable)

Lavish Naphs is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect address information entered at checkout.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us immediately.

 

🛠️ Processing Time

All orders require processing before shipment.

Apparel products (hoodies, tees, sweatpants, etc.)

→ 2–7 business days to produce

Non-apparel products

→ 2–5 business days to produce

This production time is separate from shipping time.

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days after payment authorization, excluding weekends and holidays.

97% of orders ship within 5 business days.

Many ship within 3 business days or less.

📦 Shipping Time (After Production)

 

Once your order leaves our fulfillment center, shipping time depends on:

• Destination

• Carrier

• Shipping method selected at checkout

For U.S. orders:

Delivery typically takes 1–12 business days after shipment, depending on method and location.

International delivery times vary by region.

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

📮 PO Boxes

We ship to PO Boxes via USPS.

Expedited shipping is not available for PO Box addresses.

🚛 Carriers

We ship primarily via:

• USPS

• UPS

We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier to ensure safe and efficient delivery.

Final shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
